We are licensed to care for injured reptiles that are suffering from various injuries.
The most common affliction we have encountered, is metabolic bone disease. Caused by the public catching and keeping reptiles without the proper knowledge of the care that reptiles require. The second most common affliction are wounds from dogs, cats and lawnmowers. Then there are animals that have been clipped by motor vehicles. Snakes with wounds from being caught in bird netting or chicken wire. Lizards that have infected toes or tails from dead skin restriction.
